Welcome to Prahran Place Ltd. We are a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that believes learning should be enjoyable, practical and connected to real life. Our online programs for young people aged 7 to 18 create a safe, inclusive and welcoming space where students can learn, have fun and build connections with others.
About our Programs
Our programs run during school hours for home-schooled students and young people who are not currently attending mainstream school.
Whatever your journey looks like, you have found a welcoming, inclusive place to learn, chill out, do something different and connect with others.
Our educators come from a range of backgrounds and bring genuine life experience, enthusiasm and care to every session. While many follow non-traditional pathways into education, what they all share is a passion for their craft and supporting young people with their life learning.

Affordable by Design
As a community-based, not-for-profit organisation, we keep our fees to around $10 per hour so all students can afford to participate. Most of our programs do not breakeven and we receive no government funding.
