Located in the heart of Prahran, Melbourne, Prahran Place has been supporting and growing community for over 45 years.
At our core, we create practical opportunities for people to participate in community in ways that matter to them.
We believe belonging looks different for everyone — it can mean feeling safe, being recognised, building confidence, joining in, contributing, having a routine or knowing where to go for support.
Our role is to help create the connections, opportunities and pathways that make that belonging possible.
Our 2026–2029 Strategy, Belonging, on your own terms, sets out where we’re heading and what we’ll focus on over the coming years. It reflects what we’ve learned, the impact we want to create and our commitment to listening, learning and adapting along the way.
